- Your order is processed within 48 hours of payment clearance
- Your order is shipped the next day before 3pm

- Courier times are area dependant please request your specific area ETA delivery dates.
- NOTE: Orders that fall on Thursday/Friday are only shipped on Monday

Returns Policy
If a client is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund.
A full refund will only be issued if products:
- are unopened
- with all packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories and other material etc
- Clients are advised to ship the items back to us, we cannot send a courier to collect
- Shipping costs will be refunded
Should an opened product be returned, or a product be returned without any of these items, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.
Order Cancell / Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 24 hours in any even the item is sold out / not available.
Refunds are paid directly into the clients bank account via EFT, or if the payment is via Monsterpay a credit card reversal is issued
We DO NOT keep your money and issue a credit note (unless specified) we pay you back the full amount of your order
