We utilise Speed Services and Tracking No shipping (SAPO)
Once your order is processed you will receive a Tracking Code from which you will be able to track your parcel on-line
Overnight (courier) and Speed Services carry a levy and do not fall under the free shipping category.
In order to obtain the costs which vary per item please request so via our Contact Page
- Your order is processed within 24 hours of payment
- Your order is shipped the next day before 11am
- You are emailed a tracking code once the parcel is sent.

Returns Policy
If a client is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund, less the shipping costs
A full refunds will only be issued if products:
- are unopened
- with all packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories and other material etc
Should an opened product be returned, or a product be returned without any of these items, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.
