How does the warranty work?

Your warranty is the sole responsibility of Arx Valdex Systems, we ensure that your warranty is carried out in a quick and troublesome manner by negotiating a product swop or repair with the manufacturer or distributor.  We will require the faulty product to be shipped back to us for a warranty claim or we can arrange collection via courier company.

Warranty claims take about 7 days to complete after collection.

Voiding the Warranty

• Physical Damage to the product
• Overclocking
• Overheating
• Lightning or Electrical Damage
• Operating the product beyond the manufacturers specifications

NOTE: The products are inspected by the manufacturers, if they find that the item has been tampered with in any way the warranty will be null and void, Overclocking damages are extremely easy to spot. If you don't know what you are doing please ask or avoid overclocking alltogether

Warranty On Discontinued Products

A discontinued product while still under warranty will be replaced by the same value newer model as per the manufacturers supply. The warranty balance will continue and will not reset to current.
