If in any event goods
sold are defective we will exchange
or repair according to the manufacturers warranty
All goods given in for exchanges must be in their original
packaging and not used, DVD movies given in for exchange
will first be inspected for scratches or damages
We cannot, unless in certain circumstances, refund for any goods
purchased

shipping and are a direct cause of them being
damaged we will :
Submit you a new order free of charge
Pay your costs of returning the damaged product
to us via: Shipping or if agreed upon Courier
